Sample Day

Sample Workshop Schedule:  8:30 am – 4:00 pm:

Each attendee will attend a total of EIGHT lectures/seminars.
There will be 4 lectures in the morning and 4 in the afternoon – to attend.

The workshop begins at 9:00 am with an introduction lecture honoring Dave Moskovitz, and discussing the great adventure of coaching children, and discussing the great adventure of coaching children.

Registration begins at 8:30 am at the host gym.

• Pre-School & School Age – Tumbling
• Lunch (on your own)
• Coaching Etiquette
• Pre-School & School Age Bars W/Spotting
• Hands on Spotting: Tumbling
• Pre-School & School Age Beam or Tramp
  (Order to be determined by workshop staff)

*Additional lectures to be added based on workshop attendance (including:  Boys events, Birthday party and special events  and Games/warm ups)
